This Privacy Policy describes how FieldBuilt CRM, Inc. ("FieldBuilt," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our platform, website, and services. By using our services, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

  • Billing and payment information for subscription processing
  • Customer contact data you import or enter into the platform
  • Communications you send through the platform

  • Device information (hardware model, operating system, unique device identifiers)
  • Usage data (features used, actions taken within the platform)

2. SMS Messaging and Mobile Communications

📱 Important SMS Disclosure

FieldBuilt CRM enables businesses on our platform to send SMS messages to their customers for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, and customer follow-up communications.

Mobile Number Non-Sharing Policy: We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose mobile phone numbers to third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile phone numbers collected through our platform are used solely to facilitate communications between businesses using FieldBuilt CRM and their opted-in customers.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the business sending messages and the nature of your relationship with that business. Typically, customers may receive appointment reminders and follow-up messages on an as-needed basis — generally between 1–4 messages per month per business.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and service plan.

How to Get Help: Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact the business that sent you the message directly.

How to Opt Out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe from that business's messages. You will receive a confirmation and no further messages will be sent. You may also contact the business directly to request removal.

How Consent Is Collected

Businesses using the FieldBuilt CRM platform collect SMS consent from their customers through one or more of the following methods:

  • Web Forms: Online booking or intake forms where customers provide their phone number and check a consent checkbox (not pre-selected) acknowledging they agree to receive text messages
  • Paper Forms: In-person intake forms with a signature line confirming consent to receive SMS communications
  • Point of Service: Verbal consent collected at the time of service, with confirmation sent via text

Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchasing a product or service.

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services
  • Process transactions and send related information (receipts, invoices)
  • Send service and administrative messages, including technical notices and updates
  • Respond to comments, questions, and support requests
